1. What Celpip.me is

Celpip.me is an independent online study resource that provides exam-style practice, lessons, and automated feedback to help you prepare for the CELPIP test. We are not a testing body. We do not administer the official CELPIP test, and using the Service does not guarantee any particular CELPIP or CLB score.

Celpip.me is an independent practice resource created to help test-takers improve their performance. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Paragon Testing Enterprises or the official CELPIP® test. CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Accounts are for a single individual. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or access.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid plan.

3. Plans, payments and access

• Paid plans are a one-time payment in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not auto-renew and we will not charge you again unless you make a new purchase.
• Buying a plan adds its duration (for example, 30 days) on top of any access time you already have.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Square. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices and plan features may change, but changes will not affect access you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

All purchases are final. A purchase opens AI scoring immediately, so it is not refundable once made — except for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a failure on our side to give you the access you paid for, or where the law requires otherwise. Purchases made before September 10, 2026 keep the 7-day money-back guarantee they were sold under. 5. Automated feedback (Smart Evaluation)

Writing and Speaking submissions may receive an automated “Smart Evaluation”, including an estimated CLB level and suggestions. This is an automated estimate generated to help you study. It is not an official CELPIP score, is not produced by a certified human rater, and may contain errors. You should not rely on it as a prediction of your official result.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our questions, lessons, or other content;
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your access;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, lessons, templates, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own test preparation only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your test results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Where access is terminated for a breach you caused, paid time is not refundable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live. If you are a consumer in British Columbia, the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act applies to your purchase and its protections cannot be waived.
