One address for everything — questions before you buy, your account, a mark you want explained, or something on the site that is broken: [email protected].
Write in English if you can; we read every message and answer the same day in most cases. If your question is about your own practice or a mock test, writing from the email address on your account saves a round trip, because we can look at the attempt itself instead of asking you to describe it.
What to include
- A mark you want explained: which mock test or practice task, and roughly when you did it.
- Something not working: what you were doing, what happened, and the browser and device you were on. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- A payment question: the email address used at checkout and the approximate date — we do not need and will never ask for your card number.
What we cannot do
Celpip.me is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with Paragon Testing Enterprises, who run the official CELPIP test. That means we cannot book, move or cancel an official test, we cannot access, change or re-mark an official result, and we cannot tell you what is on a real test paper. All of that lives at celpip.ca.
