Refund Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

All purchases on Celpip.me are final. You can use Celpip.me free before you pay, so you can see exactly what you are buying — and there are a few situations where we always return your money. Those are listed below, along with the rights British Columbia law gives you, which this policy does not affect.

1. All sales are final

Every purchase on Celpip.me is a one-time payment with no auto-renew — you will never be charged again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Once a purchase is complete it is not refundable, except in the situations in section 2 and except where the law requires otherwise.

The reason is simple: a purchase opens AI scoring immediately, and each score we produce costs us real money the moment you use it.

2. What we always put right

We will return your money, without argument, if:

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged by accident.
  • Someone used your card without your permission.
  • We could not give you what you paid for — a fault on our side that left you without access, and that we could not fix.
  • The law gives you a right to cancel or be refunded. See section 3.

Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

3. Your rights under British Columbia law

We sell from British Columbia, Canada, so your purchase is covered by the province's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in this policy limits, waives, or replaces any right that Act gives you — under that Act a waiver of your rights has no effect, so wherever the Act gives you a right to cancel and be refunded, you have it, whatever this page says.

Because you buy online without meeting us, the Act lets you cancel and get all of your money back if:

  • we do not send you a copy of your purchase within 15 days;
  • we do not give you the access you paid for within 30 days; or
  • within 7 days of receiving that copy, you find that what we sold you is not what we told you before you paid.

If you cancel on one of those grounds, the Act gives us 15 days to return your money in full, with nothing deducted. There is no minimum purchase: these rights cover the smallest order on the site as much as the largest.

If you live outside British Columbia, your own consumer law applies as well, and wherever it gives you more, you keep the more. Ontario and Quebec each have their own rules for buying online, as does every country outside Canada.

4. If you bought before September 10, 2026

Purchases made before that date were sold under our previous policy — a 7-day money-back guarantee, valid while the AI scoring features were unused — and that guarantee still applies to them. A policy is a promise made at the time of sale, and we do not change it after the fact. Email us and we will honour it.

5. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through the provider that took the payment.
  • Where section 3 gives you a right to cancel, we send the money within 15 days of your notice. Otherwise we send it as soon as we have checked the order.
  • Once sent, it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • When a refund is issued, the related access is removed from your account.

6. Contact

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and include the plan you bought and roughly when. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
