Send CELPIP learners to Celpip.me, earn a share of what they pay

You get your own link and code. A learner who arrives through either gets 10% off their first purchase, and you earn 25% of what they pay in their first 90 days. We review every application by hand and pay monthly.

Celpip.me is CELPIP practice — timed mock tests and single-skill practice, with Writing and Speaking marked to CLB. It is independent and not affiliated with Paragon Testing Enterprises, who run the official test. What a pass includes and what it costs is on the pricing page.

The programme is new. We are not publishing partner earnings or success stories, because there are none yet to report honestly.

Who it is for

• Immigration consultants (RCICs)

  Your clients need a language result before they can apply. You can point them to practice that is marked on the test's own criteria.

• Tutors and teachers

  Your students practise between lessons, and each Writing and Speaking attempt comes back with a CLB mark and the criterion behind it.

• YouTubers and creators

  You already explain CELPIP. A link in the description gives your viewers a discount and gives you a share.

• Schools and institutes

  If you would rather buy seats for your own students, that is a separate institute account — ask us for it. This programme is for sending learners who buy for themselves.

• Settlement workers

  Newcomers you support often need CELPIP for immigration or citizenship. A code gives them the same discount wherever they find us.

How it works

1. You apply below. A person reads every application; nothing is approved automatically.
2. Once approved, you get a code (for example MARIA) and a link that ends in ?ref=MARIA. The link works on any page of the site.
3. A learner who opens your link is remembered for 60 days on that browser. A learner who types your code at checkout is counted too. If a learner arrives through two partners, the first one keeps them.
4. They get 10% off their first purchase. A code never combines with another discount: if the learner also holds a personal offer from us, the checkout applies whichever single discount is larger. Your commission counts either way.
5. You earn 25% of the amount they actually pay, after any refund, on every purchase they make in their first 90 days after signing up.
6. Each commission is held for 30 days. If the purchase is not refunded or disputed in that time, it becomes payable.
7. Once a month, when your payable balance is CA$25 or more, we pay it by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
8. You get a private page with your own numbers: clicks, sign-ups, buyers, commission held, payable and paid.

What does not count

• Your own purchases, with your own email, account, or card.
• Purchases that are refunded or lost to a chargeback. If that happens after you were paid, the amount is taken off your next statement.
• Purchases made after the learner's first 90 days.
• Institute seat purchases, which are a separate product.

What we ask of partners

• Describe Celpip.me accurately: it is independent practice, not the official CELPIP test, and it does not promise a score.
• Tell your audience that you earn a commission when they buy through your link or code.
• Do not use your code yourself, and do not post it on coupon sites.

We can pause a partner who breaks these rules. Commission already earned on honest referrals is still paid.
