Convert a CELPIP-General level (12 down to 3, or M) to its CLB level, CEFR level and Paragon's descriptor, with the IELTS General Training equivalent, Express Entry CRS language points and program minimums (IRCC). Official CELPIP test facts that Celpip.me has read on Paragon's celpip.ca pages, each with its source URL, the quote and the date it was checked: the test fee by country (CELPIP-General and General LS), transfer and cancellation rules, when results arrive, test length, delivery, accepted ID and test centres, plus where to book. Where two official pages disagree, both readings are returned.

What is the Celpip.me MCP server?
It is a free, public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://celpip.me/mcp. An AI assistant that supports MCP can call it to search Celpip.me's free CELPIP practice questions, explain any of the 20 CELPIP task types, convert a CELPIP level to CLB, and quote Celpip.me's prices and the official CELPIP fees, each answer with the celpip.me page to cite.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. The server is read-only and needs no sign-in, no key and no account. It returns only what the public website already shows.
Does it collect personal data?
No. The tools take no personal information and store nothing you send. The server logs which tool was called and the name of the client software, not your IP address or your questions. Requests are limited to 60 a minute per IP.
Are the scores and questions official?
No. Celpip.me is independent and not affiliated with Paragon Testing Enterprises. Its practice questions are original questions in the official CELPIP format, and its scores are estimated CLB levels. The official fees and the CELPIP-to-CLB chart are returned with their celpip.ca and IRCC sources and the date they were checked.
